Break up- a word of despair, pain and haunting emotions. Well actually it doesn’t mean to portray any of these words. It’s just us who complicate it from its true meaning. Yes, it literally means splitting up which could be for lot of reasons and sometimes even to buy time to think about relationships, which people don’t accept it very easily.

Nowadays we find lot of people breaking up and sometimes it makes you laugh for the reason behind it. No offense but it’s the truth. We find it more often because of reasons which had never been talked between their relationships. The less you talk about the relationship, the more you are probable for misunderstanding and that’s probably the main reason for most breakups.

Now that you know what’s causing your breakup, you can now proceed with your next step of getting over it. But the next phase depends upon whether or not you would like to get back with your past relationship. If you think you need a new life and you don’t have to think about your past broken relationship, fair enough you got one now. Your past relationship is over, your ex doesn’t love you anymore and it’s not fair if you think about someone who doesn’t want to be with you.

It’s pretty inevitable and unavoidable getting depressed of the fact that your relation with your ex is broken. But think again, getting depressed is not going to get you back with your ex neither you will be free from your misery.

Only thing you could do is share your pain with someone who could understand you. They could be your relation or could be even your close friend. Who knows! They might be a better mentor than you actually think.

If you think that’s not the option you want to choose from. Try forgetting it by thinking that you have other things to worry about like your career or your friend or someone you care in your life. Try to focus on your happiness. Focus on something comes, only when you are not bothered about anything. Anything which makes you out of focus, most probably memories, and memories of the past are the main reasons which gets you offline.

Every time you think about your haunting past, think about your self dignity as well. Coz if you get depressed thinking of your past, you are losing some of your dignity. Never forget the fact that you are not the weaker link in any relationship.

If you think you are strong enough to tackle your position at present and if you wonder what should I do next? That’s Good, now that you feel good about yourself its time you prove it to others. Not necessary as one would think at this point. But it’s just a simple psychology trick to make the people around you to understand that you are stronger and least bothered about the so called “Breakup”.

It’s all about building your image, rejuvenating your inner spirit from the way your surrounding looks at you. Building your so called image is very simple; the basic trick is active participation. Be casual, precede your everyday activities as if you are the chosen one, do things which ease your mind, hang out in parties, disco, may be get another date and prove yourself that you are more than what you appear to others around you.

Keep yourself occupied with things which will makes you happy. After all life is to live and that’s what everyone does. So live your life. The more you stay cool, the better you succeed in your life.
